Abstract:
Carrier puck (1) for a conveyor system, comprising a non-circular lower body (2), an upper body (3) and an intermediate circular portion (4) connecting the lower body with the upper body, where the rear section (8) of the lower body (2) comprises a further semicircular shape having the same radius as the semicircular front section and further comprises an intermediate waist (17) in between the front section (7) and the rear section (8). The advantage of the invention is that such a puck can be used in a conveyor system adapted for circular pucks.
Abstract:
Lifting device (1) for a conveyer system, comprising a housing (2) and a lift head (14), where the lift head (14) is adapted to hold a pallet (5). The lifting device (1) comprises a linear actuator (10) attached to a lift (14), said linear actuator (109) is adapted to lift a pallet (5) from a first, low position at the conveyor track to a second, raised position that is substantially vertical above the first position. The application also refers to a conveyer system and a method for lifting objects.
Abstract:
The invention relates to an arrangement for controlling units (4; 4a) within a flow from at least one incoming feeder track (3; 3a) into at least one outgoing feeder track (9; 9a), comprising at least one shifting unit (6; 6a) for controlled shifting of said flow into one or more selectable paths (10; 10a) of said outgoing feeder track (9; 9a). The invention is characterised by said shifting unit (6; 6a) being provided with means for controlling the speeds of the respective units (4; 4a), for separation of the units (4; 4a) in the longitudinal direction of flow, said separation enabling said controlled shifting. Through the invention, an improved arrangement is provided for the feeding of units within a flow, e.g. in connection with a production process.
Abstract:
Slide rail device for a conveyor in which a continuous conveyor chain is supported and guided on upper and lower flanges (11, 11'; 12, 12'), arranged from mutually opposing profile sides in towards the profiled centre and running parallel with the girder direction, on at least one profiled girder (10). The conveyor chain is conducted on a mutually opposing pair of slide rails (31; 27) on upper and lower flanges respectively on the profiled girder. Each slide rail has a longitudinal first section (A) of essentially U-shaped cross section and the one arm of the said U-shaped section has a longitudinal part (B) constructed in one piece with the said first section. A locking lug (34, 34a) is disposed between the said longitudinal section and part respectively and is placed such that it enters into locking engagement with a complementary part (34'; 34'), on a corresponding flange on the profiled element, when the slide rail is pressed onto the flange. In one embodiment, the slide rails (27), which are intended to be applied to mutually opposing pairs of upper flanges on the profiled element, each have an edging (26) constructed in one piece therewith and extending essentially perpendicularly to that surface of the rail which supports the chain links, around the outside of the said upper flanges.
