PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install a denitrification bioreactor at an optional place (at any place except an anaerobic tank) and to repeatedly use the bioreactor as a single body so that it is a cartridge type. SOLUTION: A biological membrane generated on a hydrogen donor transmission membrane 11 surface is maintained under anaerobic environment inside the membrane body by having a membrane body structure formed by laminating layer 12 for shielding dissolved oxygen on the hydrogen donor transmission membrane 11 surface, so that activity of a denitrification reaction is reinforced. The denitrification bioreactor X enables to form a sealed section enclosing a hydrogen donor (methanol) 2, in nitrate nitrogen-containing water, and consists of a cartridge type membrane body container 1 repeatedly usable as a single body, and at least one sectional wall is formed of the hydrogen donor transmission membrane (a polyethylene membrane) 11 and nonwoven fabric 121 is laminated or covered on the membrane surface, so that the denitrification bioreactor has a membrane body structure on which a layer (an air shielding membrane) for shielding dissolved oxygen is formed by lamination.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply unloaded raw oysters as oysters with shells for eating raw in a half-shell state easy to be opened. SOLUTION: The method of this invention is as follows: (1) cutting off sharp growth lines 11 on the borders of shells by grinding; (2) perforating at least one small drilled hole 3 near to adductor 2 in left shell 13 in the vicinity of clenching part between right shell 12 and left one 13; (3) rearing oysters in sterilized seawater to clean them up; (4) injecting sterilized seawater from the hole 3 into the oyster to substitute the space inside the shells with sterilized seawater and to subject it to cleansing treatment; (5) closing the hole 3 with a stopper. This processed product X of a oyster with shells has a label 6 displaying its producing district or the like attached through a spiculate piece 4, has a needle knife 5 for cutting the adductor 2 in a separable and affixed state and is packaged. It is possible to open the shell by inserting the knife 5 having an approximately triangular section from the hole 3 to cut the adductor 2.

PURPOSE:To rapidly and quantitatively evaluate adhesive properties of a hard thin film with a film releasing compressive stress as an evaluation reference by testing a material to be evaluated covered with the film on a board under compression conditions parallel with a film forming surface to release the film. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive properties evaluating tester comprises compressing means 1 for uniaxially compressing a board 5 under test, film release detecting means 2 for detecting releasing of a film, pressure control means 3 for controlling the operation of the means 1 including pressurization stop, and display and output means 4. In this case, the means 2 has an adhesive rod suspended from a film surface of the board 5, the weight for applying a bending load to an adhering surface to be mounted at a free end of the rod, and a sensor for sensing a film release upon tilting of the rod, thereby measuring a film release compression stress.

PURPOSE:To obtain an aluminum-dispersed Al-Ti intermetallic compound composite as a lightweight heat resistant material in which alpha-Al2O3 is uniformly dispersed in a matrix of Al-Ti intermetallic compound by subjecting TiO2 (rutile) and Al (Al alloy) to reaction and hardening by means of compounding and structure regulation. CONSTITUTION:TiO2 (rutile), prepared by powder regulation or by forming the resulting powder into a preform, and Al or Al alloy are compounded by means of pressure casting. At this time, the hardness-controlled hard material can be supplied in a short time by changing treatment temp. and forming this material by means of nonreactive compounding and successive reactive hardening by heat treatment or forming it by means of compounding and reactive hardening. Further, when compounding is done, gradation is provided at the time of arranging TiO2 (rutile) in a mold and hardening reaction is localized, by which an arbitrary part can be hardened. The ratio of TiO2 (rutile) to Al (Al alloy) by volume is regulated to 3-70%. This material is useful as a composite material containing Al-Ti intermetallic compound as matrix.

PURPOSE:To extremely lighten the subject wheel by forming as core materials plastic foam into a disc, and adhering fiber reinforced plastic discs onto either surface thereof so as to make it into a disc, and then fixing the disc and a peripheral rim by the use of fiber reinforced synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:Surface materials 1 made of a fiber reinforced plastic disc and core materials 2 are adhered in use of an adhesive agent, adhesive sheet or the like, or the surface materials 1 and core materials 2 are molded integrally in order to obtain a disc wheel main body. Subsequently, the honeycomb exposed parts of its end surface are filled with a putty material or the like and then made flat, following this, reinforcing fiber cloth and roving, or prepregs and the like are wound therearound for constituting a rim part 3 having predetermined structural strength and rigidity. And, after curing and finishing, it is made into a wheel. Thereby, a greatly light wheel having high rigidity and strength can be obtained.

PURPOSE:To obtain a formula feed for domestic animal having optimized nutrient balance and preservable over a long period by using bean curd refuse as a main raw material, mixing the material with proper amounts of roughage, concentrate and alcoholic fermentation residue and sealing the mixture in a container. CONSTITUTION:The objective formula feed composed mainly of bean curd refuse is produced by using bean curd refuse as a main raw material and mixing the material with 20-60wt.% of roughage (e.g. hay cube), 5-30wt.% of concentrate (e.g. rice bran) and 3-30wt.% of alcoholic fermentation residue based on the weight of the bean curd refuse. The formula feed is preservable for e.g. >=4 months by sealing in a container or a plastic bag.

PURPOSE:To obtain a high quality molding article and make the working cycle time shorter by providing a heating layer having a specific electric resistance value formed by a flame coating method, on the surface layer of an article molding surface having a curved surface, and covering the heating layer with a back-up material at least having an electrical insulating property in its surface. CONSTITUTION:A model 21 is set on a working table 20, and a mold release agent is applied thereon so that a desired thickness heating layer is formed on the model 21 by m of a flame coating device 22. Next, in order to form a fluid conduit for die temperature control, for example, copper pipes 24 are arranged appropriately and a thermosetting resin or the like is flown therein and cured so as to form a back-up member 25. In this instance, the whole of a die apparatus can be reinforced in use of the frame 26 of a steel or the like. After curing the back-up material, the model 21 is removed and the die surface is finished as required. Moreover, for making a protective coat 10, an alumina flame coating is at first performed on the die surface of the model 21 prior to a flame coating process to be a protective coat 10, after that, copper-sericite powder is flame-coated thereon in order to form a heating layer 11.
