Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor bolt which is hard to come off from a hole provided on a concrete wall and the like.SOLUTION: An anchor bolt 1 has a taper member 7 screwed with a male screw 4 of a columnar bolt body 5, and a pressing member 8 externally fitted with the taper member 7. The pressing member 8 has abutting portions 12 and 12 on both sides of a bridging portion 13 on which a tip end of the bolt body 5 abuts. Both abutting portions 12 and 12 are provided with abutting surfaces 14 and 14 abutting on tilted surfaces 10 and 10 on both side surfaces of the taper member 7. The abutting surface 14 of each abutting portion 12 of the pressing member 8, and each tilted surface 10 of the taper member 7 come close to a center shaft of the bolt body 5 toward a base end side of the bolt body 5. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for regulating the opening of a casement window which can suppress the damage or the like of components while regulating the opening of a sash and releasing the regulation of the opening.SOLUTION: A sash 3 is horizontally rotatably mounted to a window frame 2 arranged in an opening part of a building, and the opening of the sash 3 is regulated by an arm 8 stretched between the window frame 2 and the sash 3. One end of the arm 8 is swingably connected to the sash 3, and the window frame 2 is arranged with a shaft body 10 removably fitted into a fitting hole formed in the other end of the arm 8. The other end of the arm 8 is swingably connected to the window frame 2 in a state where the shaft body 10 is fitted into the fitting hole. The shaft body 10 moves between an advance position being fitted into the fitting hole of the arm 8 by a drive part and a retreat position being removed from the fitting hole.
