Abstract:
PURPOSE: An electronic blackboard for music education could provide motivation for users to learn music. CONSTITUTION: An electronic blackboard(100) comprises a board(110), a piano keyboard display unit(120), multiple sensors(11,12,13,14), multiple stave display units(131,132,133), and an operating unit(140). The board comprises multiple light emitting devices and a piano keyboard display unit which are manufactured of transparent material for covering the multiple light emitting devices. The board comprises one or more stave display units. The sensors are attached to the edges of the board. The operating unit is attached to one side of the board and has a function key and information for musical notes and key signatures.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A stapler is provided to file papers even in a center part by arranging staples in a bending groove. CONSTITUTION: A stapler(1000) comprises a cartridge(100), a housing(200), a support(300), a bending plate(400), and an aligning tool(500). The cartridge accepts staples(ST). The rear end of the cartridge is coupled to a hinge shaft(150). A pushing unit(220) of the housing draws out the staples. The support is coupled to the hinge shaft in the bottom of the cartridge. The bending plate is coupled to an opposite part of the hinge shaft, and has bending grooves(420) to bend the staples. The aligning tool aligns the staples in the bending grooves.

PURPOSE: A method for relaying transactions of recorded images and a system thereof are provided to supply a marketplace where users transact recorded videos stored in personal recorders, thereby enabling the users to easily and conveniently transact the recorded videos. CONSTITUTION: A video uploading unit(111) stores recorded videos uploaded from a video provider. The video uploading unit sets record information corresponding to the recorded videos. An information providing unit(112) provides the recorded information to the user corresponding to query data of a user. A transaction processing unit(113) assigns an access right to the recorded vides to a terminal of the user corresponding to a selection input of the user.

An extended drain metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor (EDMOSFET) with a source field plate is provided. The EDMOSFET includes: a first-conductivity type semiconductor substrate; a first-conductivity type well region formed in the semiconductor substrate; a second-conductivity type drift region formed in a predetermined upper region of the well region; a heavily doped second-conductivity type drain region formed in a predetermined upper region of the drift region; a heavily doped second-conductivity type source region formed in the predetermined upper region of the well region with a predetermined gap separation from the drift region; a gate insulating layer formed on the surface of the well region between the drift region and the source region; a gate conductive layer formed on the gate insulating layer; a first interlayer dielectric layer covering portions of the surfaces of the source region and the drift regions and the gate conductive layer; a source field plate formed on the first interlayer dielectric layer; a second interlayer dielectric layer covering the source field plate and partially exposing the surfaces of the source region and the drain region; a source electrode formed in contact with the exposed surface of the source region and electrically connected to the source field plate; and a drain electrode formed in contact with the exposed surface of the drain region.
