Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying processing apparatus and a dry processing method capable of performing efficient drying processing by preventing damage to microstructure.SOLUTION: There is provided a drying processing apparatus for microstructure that comprises: a processing tank 1 in which objects to be dried are placed for drying; fluid sources 31 and 32 which supply a first fluid and a second fluid to the processing tank 1 at least. The first fluid, which has an affinity for the second fluid, has lower surface tension than water, while the second fluid can be put in a supercritical or a subcritical state. A drying processing method for microstructure comprises: introducing the first fluid into the processing tank 1 before placing the objects to be dried 2 or placing the objects to be dried into the processing tank 1 before introducing the first fluid into the processing tank 1; discharging the first fluid and introducing the second fluid in the supercritical or the subcritical state into the processing tank 1 or introducing the second fluid in a liquid state, which is put in the supercritical or the subcritical state, to evaporate the second fluid without liquid phase for drying processing.
Abstract:
This invention attempts to provide a method for producing a DNA chip which can be accomplished in simple steps at a low cost, and wherein use of the resulting DNA chip reduces loss of probes and sample substances in the washing step enabling efficient use of such probe and sample. This invention also attempts to provide a DNA chip produced by such method. Accordingly, a method for producing a DNA chip comprising a substrate and a DNA-binding layer formed on the substrate wherein said DNA-binding layer is a diamond like film having a DNA-binding group is provided, and this method comprises the steps of: reducing pressure of a vacuum chamber to a predetermined degree of vacuum; feeding the chamber with a gas which is the source of said diamond like film; feeding the chamber with a gas which is the source of nitrogen; and forming the diamond like film having a DNA-binding group on the substrate by CVD. Also provided is the DNA chip produced by such method.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-mold label which can be neatly stuck even when used for a container having level differences, without causing defects such as wrinkles. SOLUTION: The in-mold label has a continuous area 2 having a continuous material in the circumferential direction of a container to which the label is attached, and a discontinuous area 3 wherein the portions with the material and without the material appear alternately in the circumferential direction. The continuous area 2 and the discontinuous area 3 are integrally formed on both sides of a boundary part 4 linearly specified in the circumferential direction, and the boundary part 4 or the discontinuous area 3 is disposed on the level difference 51 on a side body 5 of the container.
