PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film for mold release and a release film using the same. SOLUTION: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film for mold release and also a release film, wherein an oriented angle difference among 2 m length in a width direction is 3° or less and a birefringence ratio is 0.05 or more. The biaxially oriented polyester film for mold release has a high birefringence ratio and is excellent in an oriented angle by reducing bowing by stretching and thus leaking of gloss and gloss itself upon inspection of its defects using a polarized board can be controlled. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of laminating an adhesive tape and a lead frame, in more specific that can reduce the warpage phenomenon of the lead frame, after a heating lamination process in which the adhesive tape for manufacturing a semiconductor device is attached to the lead frame, is able to satisfy all required characteristics of lamination process conditions, and is able to improve the limit, that is, the residue of the adhesive tape that has been used in the manufacturing process of existing semiconductor devices and leakage of sealing resin. SOLUTION: In the method of laminating the adhesive tape and the lead frame 4, the lamination temperatures of the adhesive tape surface and the lead frame surface are made to be different in the lamination process of the adhesive tape for manufacturing electronic components and the lead frame. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-reliable and easily-operable adhesive sheet (tape) for plating, particularly a removable adhesive sheet protecting one surface from penetration of a plating liquid in plating of the other surface of a lead frame during a QFN process for securing high chemical resistance and obtaining high dimension stability of components during plating and easily separating without leaving any residue on an adherend surface in removing. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet for plating includes a base material, and an adhesive layer, which is formed on at least one surface of the base material and coated with an adhesive composition comprising a thermosetting adhesive resin and a thermosetting agent. SOLUTION: An antistatic coating composition contains 0.001-1 parts weight acetylene diol-based surfactant in addition to 100 parts weight composition containing: 100 parts weight electroconductive polymer resin; 100-1,000 parts weight water-dispersible polyurethane resin comprising an anionic polyether-polyurethane dispersion having at least one functional group selected from the group comprising a hydroxyl group, an amine group, an alkyl group and a carboxyl group; 100-1,000 parts weight cross-linking agent resin selected from the group comprising isocyanate-based ones, carbonyl imide-based ones, oxazoline-based ones, epoxy-based ones and melamine-based ones; and 10-100 parts weight fluorocarbon resin. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film and a polarizing plate including the same and further in detail to provide the antireflection film having excellent reflective appearance and very low reflectance by reducing oscillating width of a reflectance spectrum wavelength and the polarizing plate including the same. SOLUTION: The antireflection film includes a cellulose triacetate (TAC) transparent base material which is used for protecting a polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polarizer, a high refraction high hardness layer with which the transparent base material is coated and which has a refractive index of 1.50 to 1.60 and an antistatic function and a low refraction layer with which the high refraction high hardness layer is coated and which has the refractive index of 1.31 to 1.40 and is wet coated. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency light diffusing polymeric film which provides a high level of light transmittance and light diffusion compatibility and is obtained by a relatively simple method, such as coating or extrusion; and to provide a method for manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The high-efficiency light diffusing polymeric film comprises: a first polymer which is a light transmissible medium, and a second polymer which is light scattering particles, wherein two different polymers are immiscible and have a low refractive index difference of 0.001 to 0.5; and the polymeric film comprises 30 to 70 pts.wt of the second polymer based on 100 pts.wt of the first polymer. The method for manufacturing the high-efficiency light diffusing polymeric film is carried out such that a first polymer forms a continuous phase and a second polymer forms a dispersed phase through coating or extrusion.
