Abstract: 본 발명은 돼지 유래 콜라겐을 이용하여 에스터화 콜라겐을 만들고 에스터화 콜라겐과 히알루론산의 비화학적 가교를 통해서 다공성 막, 필름, 젤, 미세소체 형태의 복합체로 된 유착방지제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 면역반응을 유발하지 않는 아텔로콜라겐을 에탄올과 반응으로 에스터화하여 양이온 성질을 갖는 아텔로콜라겐을 만들고, 음전하를 갖는 히알루론산과 비화학적 가교방법을 통해 복합체를 만든다. 이는 안전성 및 생체 적합성을 갖고 있으며 생체내에서 완전히 분해 및 흡수된다. 이러한 인체 유래의 고분자를 이용한 에스터화 콜라겐과 히알루론산 복합체로 된 유착방지제는 생체내 체류시간이 길어 손상조직을 다른 조직면과 분리시키는 역할 이외에 상처 치유와 조직 복원을 도울 수 있는 유착방지제로 이용될 수 있다. 본 발명은 에스터화 콜라겐과 히알루론산의 비화학적 가교를 통해 안전성과 생체적합성을 갖는 유착 방지제의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A collagen base matrix as the texture restoration material and a method of manufacture thereof are provided, in which the collagen base matrix is not easily separated in the water solution condition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of collagen base matrix as the texture restoration material includes a first step for processing a porous film; a second step for processing a hard film; a third step for obtaining the duplex film in which the porous film is laminated in the hard film; a fourth step for obtaining mixture by stirring ethanol solution and EDC; a fifth step for cross-linking the porous film and hard film; a sixth step for washing the cross-linked duplex film by the distilled water; a seventh step for manufacturing the duplex film of the fixed type; an eighth step for cutting the duplex film.
