The present invention relates to a mousse-type UV blocking composition and, more specifically, to a UV blocking cosmetic composition which has a high sun protection factor and a light feeling of use, promotes repeated usage and is simple to apply to a wide area by being formulated in a mousse form, and can be used for leisure sports and in daily life by applying waterproof property.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing sodium alkyl groups is provided to stabilize inorganic protector and to enhance UV protection efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for UV protection contains solidifying agent with a sodium alkyl group and contains solidified organic UV protector, inorganic UV protector, or mixture thereof. The solidifying agent is sodium stearate(C18:0), sodium laurate(C12:0), sodium tridecylate(C13:0), sodium myristate(C14:0), sodium pentadecylate(C15:0), sodium palmitate(C16:0), sodium nanadecylate(C19:0), or sodium tricosylate(C23:0). The inorganic UV protector is titanium dioxide or zinc oxide.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a face lotion containing beta-hydroxy acid and triclosan is provided to ensure peeling effect with stability. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a face lotion composition for promoting peeling comprises: a step of preparing ethanol mixture having beta hydroxyl acid, triclosan, surfactant, and ethanol, and purified water mixture; a step of adding 10-30 weight% of purified water mixture to ethanol mixture; and a step of adding 70-90 weight% of purified water mixture to dilute. The beta hydroxyl acid is salicylic acid or salicylic acid derivative. The triclosan is contained in 0.05-10.0 weight% based on total weight.

PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition stabilized with metal hydroxide in a formulation including high pH is provided to enlarge the size of a pore from a skin by removing a keratin layer from the skin in a short amount of time, and to effectively remove sebum from the pore. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for removing sebum contains a metal hydroxide, a metal oxide, polymer powder, and a clay mineral dispersing stabilizer. The cosmetic composition has an emulsion form. The cosmetic composition is produced by adding the clay mineral dispersing stabilizer after emulsifying the other materials at 60~100 deg C. The metal hydroxide is either a magnesium hydroxide or an aluminium hydroxide. The metal oxide is selected from the group consisting of a titanium oxide, a zinc oxide, a magnesium oxide, a zirconium oxide or an aluminum oxide.

A solvent extraction method using deep sea water is provided to maximize percutenous absorption of cosmetic composition applying nano emulsifying technique. A solvent extraction method comprises: a step of extracting with deep sea water, filtering and concentrating; and a step of stirring with deep sea water, washing, filtering, and drying to obtain final extract. An active ingredient for extraction is selected among beta-1,3-glucan, astaxanthin, papain enzyme, polyphenol, saponin, adenosine, vitamin C(ascorbic acid), arbutin, niacinamide, and actyl glucosamine. An orginal ingredient for extraction is selected among schizophyllum commune, ganoderma lucidum, agaricus, lentinus edodes, sclerotium-forming microorganism, yeast, barley, papaya, green tea, coffee, strawberry, grapes, adzuki bean, black soybean, cacao, bean, ginseng, E, rock Oenanthe javanica, rubi Fructus, persimmon leaf, rose hip, grapefruit, pimento, bearberry, potatoes, avocado and Phellodendri Cortex.
