Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a nano-particle manufactured by inclusion of insoluble components using self-assembly of amphiphilic polymer and an external application to the skin containing the same. The manufactured nano-particle is safely bio-decomposed in the living body and is thus harmless to the human body. CONSTITUTION: A nano-particle is characterized in that insoluble bioactive components are included inside a self-assembly of amphiphilic polymer which is manufactured by binding of a hydrophobic polyester polymer(A) and a hydrophilic polymer(B) in the type of double block(A-B).
