The present invention, by applying a metabolome study to distinguish cultivation condition of ginseng, relates to a method for effectively distinguishing cultivation condition of ginseng which a user does not know the cultivation condition. In addition, according to this, the present invention relates to a biomarker for promptly and simply distinguishing various ginseng with certain cultivation condition and to a method for selecting a biomarker.

PURPOSE: A sunlight test method of a cosmetic product is provided to replace real sunlight with Xenon light, and to shorten test time. CONSTITUTION: A sunlight test method of a cosmetic product comprises: a step of irradiating a cosmetic material by Xenon light; and a step of measuring image change of the cosmetic material by Xenon light. The intensity of Xenon light is 0.1W/m^2 to 1.45W/m^2 at a wavelength of 420 nm. The Xenon light is irradiated by a repeat mode of photoperiod and dark period or a constant mode of photoperiod. PURPOSE: A method for evaluating lasting effect of a makeup cosmetic composition through durability of a makeup product on sweat, sebum, and water. CONSTITUTION: A method for evaluating lasting effect of a makeup cosmetic composition comprises: a step of applying a sample on artificial leather to measure makeup lasting effect; a step of treating the artificial leather with artificial sweat to measure durability on sweat; a step of treating the artificial leather with artificial sebum; and to draw sweat proof efficiency. The evaluation is performed using a scanning electron microscope.

PURPOSE: A method for quantifying titanium dioxide and zinc oxide using x-ray fluorescence is provided to simultaneously analyze different harmful elements. CONSTITUTION: A standard sample including the titanium dioxide and zinc oxide standard product is manufactured. An analysis object sample is fluorometrically analyzed X rays. The standard sample is fluorometrically analyzed X rays and the standard assay curve is out written. The content of the zinc oxide and titanium dioxide is measured among the analysis object sample by using the X-ray fluorescence analysis result.

A simultaneous analysis method of sunscreen agents is provided to ensure reproducibility, accuracy, reduction of screening time and convenience, to detect sunscreen agents present in cosmetic materials and to analyze compounds having lipophilic property and hydrophile property at the same time. A simultaneous analysis method of sunscreen agents comprises the steps of (i) extracting lipophilic and hydrophilic sunscreen components by adding the solution mixed with dimethylformamide and methanol in a volume ratio of 1 : 0.9-1.2 to cosmetic materials having lipophilic and hydrophilic sunscreen components; (ii) injecting lipophilic and hydrophilic sunscreen components in a reverse-phase non-polar column filled with octadecylsilane(C18), dodecylsilane(C12) or octasilane(C8) having non-polar as a fixed bed; and (iii) performing quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis of lipophilic and hydrophilic sunscreen components with liquid chromatography by using the mixed solution of water and ethanol, or ethanol as a mobile phase.

Provided is a method for stabilizing benzamide compounds to manufacture skin medicines for external use, including the benzamide compounds as an active ingredient without any structure changes. A composition of skin medicines for external use has pH of 5 or less. Benzamide compounds of which a substituted group is not decomposed exists within the composition. The benzamide compounds are selected from the group consisting of 3,5-dihydroxy-N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)benzamide, N-Phenylbenzamide, t-butylbenzamido hydroxybenzamide, 2-hydroxy-N-phenylbenzamide, and t-butylbenzamido methylhydroxybenzamide.
