PURPOSE: A pad printing method of a conductive heat generating paint and a heat generating steering wheel are provided to induce uniform heat generation by giving gradation effect during printing. CONSTITUTION: A pad printing method of a conductive heat generating paint comprises the next steps: preparing a pad(10) corresponding to a surface of a molten product; contacting the pad to an image plane(20) in order to apply conductive heating paint(21) on surface of the pad; and printing the conductive heating paint by contacting the surface of the pad to the molten product. The image plane has the gradation effect and is spread with conductive heating paint.

PURPOSE: A conductive polymer composition for PTC device is provided to use a first and a second resins, thereby preventing the flowage of CNT at repeating temperature change, and preventing NTC phenomenon due to continued temperature rising. CONSTITUTION: A conductive polymer composition for PTC(positive temperature coefficient) device comprises 100 parts by weight of a carbon nanotube, 200-900 parts by weight of a first resin selected from a group consisting of a polyolefin based resin and a silicone based resin, and 200-700 parts by weight of a second resin selected from a group consisting of a cellulose based resin and a polyester based resin. The carbon nanotube is a single wall nanotube or a multi-wall nanotube.

PURPOSE: A steering handle comprising a primer layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to ensure excellent durability and the uniformity of heat radiating by the enhancing of the adhesion and uniformity of a heat-radiating/coated layer. CONSTITUTION: A steering handle comprising a primer layer comprises a core unit(110), a synthetic resin layer(120), a primer layer(130) and a heat-radiating/coated layer(140). The synthetic resin layer is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the core unit. The primer layer is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the synthetic resin layer. The heat-radiating/coated layer is formed on the outer circumferential surface of the primer layer. The synthetic resin layer comprises ABS resin, polyurethanes and EPP(Expanded Polypropylene). The primer layer comprises chlorinated polyolefin. The thickness of the primer layer is 1μm ~ 30μm.

PURPOSE: Flame proof wall paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to restrict dust produced from glass fiber, and to improve coherence of the glass fiber by applying coating liquid including inorganic retardant on the galls fiber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of flame proof wall paper includes the following steps: coating glass fiber with coating liquid and inorganic retardant; drying the glass fiber coated with the coating liquid with hot wind for uniform time in 100~200 degrees; and drying the glass fiber with microwave of 300Hz~800Hz. The inorganic retardant is silica, alumina sol, or alumina phosphate. The glass coating fiber is a coating material, an antistatic agent, a dispersing agent, a PH stabilizer, a sizing agent, a foaming agent, and water.

CONSTITUTION: An absorbing sound panel(10) comprises a plate(30) and a sheet(20). Recesses(31) are formed on the plate. The sheet is attached on the plate surface. Plural through-holes(21) are formed on the sheet. Sound wave which passed through the through-holes is dispersed within the recesses.
