Abstract: A method for determining economic traits of pig is provided to determine the economic traits quickly, simply and exactly using an RFLP and to contribute scientific farming to hog raising farms. A method for determining economic traits of pig comprises steps of: amplifying Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone gene fragment of the pig using a primer for PCR of one set consisting of a sequence number 1 and a sequence number 2; and confirming an AA type from AluI Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism of a pig GHRH gene after being processed by a limitation enzyme AluI and electrophoresed.

Abstract translation: 提供了一种确定猪经济性状的方法，通过RFLP快速，简单，准确地确定经济性状，为养殖农场提供科学养殖。 用于确定猪经济性状的方法包括以下步骤：使用由序列号1和序列号2组成的一组的PCR引物扩增猪的生长激素释放激素基因片段; 并通过限制酶AluI处理后的猪GHRH基因的AluI限制性片段长度多态性确认AA型并进行电泳。
