The user terminal sends the robbery occurrence message which informs the robbery occurrence to the broadcasting server when the rubbery is sensed and, at the same time, informs current location which is moving; extracts the DGPS information from the DGI message; calculates current location by correcting the GPS location information which is received by using the extracted DGPS information; and performs the robbery operation by receiving the robbery control message.
