The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for skin pigmentation detection using a projection transformed block coefficient, and the apparatus includes: an image input part inputting an object image; an image processing part extracting a skin area from the object image, separating the extracted skin area into hemoglobin and melanin components, calculating the projection transformed block coefficient indicating the sizes of the respective hemoglobin and melanin components on a unit block when the skin area is divided into the unit block and discriminating skin pigmentation using the calculated projection transformed block coefficient; and a result output part outputting the discriminated result for the skin pigmentation.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method and a system for detecting tool usage. The present invention checks whether or not a tool passes a workpiece by calculating a current tool position from a reference position using a sensor mounted on a tool for a work. Especially, the present invention can determine whether or not the tool passes all the predetermined work positions on the workpiece. Moreover, the present invention can determine not only whether or not the tool is used, but also, the tool is used at the predetermined position by detecting the position of the tool at the work position intervals on the workpiece. Thus, the present invention can reduce product defects caused when the tool does not perform a designated work.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a system, an apparatus, and a method for providing a location-based service using location correction information. The system of the present invention includes: a service server that stores correction information classified by each time period for correcting location information; and a user terminal that generates contents for providing the location-based service, obtains location information related to the contents, and stores the location information and the time when the location information is obtained. The method of the present invention is characterized in that the user terminal receives, from the service server, correction information corresponding to the time when the location information is obtained among the correction information classified and stored by each time period, and then corrects the location information using the received correction information, or that the service server receives the location information and the time when the location information is obtained together with the contents, and then corrects the location information using correction information corresponding to the time when the location information is obtained among the correction information classified and stored by each time period.

PURPOSE: A robbery device control system using the digital broadcasting, an apparatus and a method thereof are provided to provide the high accuracy location information when the robbed, and to precisely track the rubbed user terminal. CONSTITUTION: A robbery device control and a tracking system is comprised of a broadcasting server(400) and a user terminal(600). The broadcasting server has the following functions: produces a robbery control message for indicating a robbery movement which controls a part or whole of the function, when the server senses the robbery of a user terminal or a host device in which the user terminal is mounted; has a region level which is classified into a large, middle and a small region depending on an accuracy which is determined by a reference station, the location information of the reference station, the number of reference station used when the correction information is produced, and the producing method of the correction information, and the size of the region; and encodes the DGPS(Differential Global Positioning System) information including the classified region, the reference station(100), and the region information into a DGI(Differential GPS Information) message which includes the correction information for correcting the GPS location information according to a TPEG(Transport Protocol Expert Group) form, and sends the produced robbery control message and the encoded DGI message through a broadcasting signal. The user terminal sends the robbery occurrence message which informs the robbery occurrence to the broadcasting server when the rubbery is sensed and, at the same time, informs current location which is moving; extracts the DGPS information from the DGI message; calculates current location by correcting the GPS location information which is received by using the extracted DGPS information; and performs the robbery operation by receiving the robbery control message.
