    Abstract: 본 발명은 폐유리 및 폐플라스틱을 활용한 복합 성형체의 제조 방법 및 이를 위한 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 현재 매립에 의존하고 있는 폐유리와 폐플라스틱을 주원료로 하여 다양한 형태의 복합 성형체를 제조하는데 활용할 수 있도록 함으로써 저품위 폐유리의 자원화를 가능케하고, 반영구적으로 사용가능한 복합 성형체를 제공할 수 있는 폐유리를 활용한 복합 성형체의 제조 방법 및 제조 장치에 관한 것이다.
    본 발명에 따르면, 폐유리와 폐플라스틱을 주성분으로 하여 성형체를 제조하는 방법으로서, 폐유리 분말과 폐플라스틱 분말을 마련하는 폐유리 및 폐플라스틱 분말 마련 단계; 상기 폐유리 분말과 폐플라스틱 분말 각각을 투입 혼합하는 폐유리 및 폐플라스틱 분말 투입/혼합 단계; 상기 폐유리 및 폐플라스틱 분말 투입/혼합 단계의 혼합 원료에 첨가제를 투입 혼합하는 첨가제 투입/혼합 단계; 및 상기 첨가제가 혼합된 원료를 제공받아 압출 또는 사출하는 압출/사출 단계를 포함하는 폐유리 및 폐플라스틱을 활용한 복합 성형체 제조 방법이 제공된다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for pre-treating various composite material wastes using a thermal fluid is provided to improve the productivity of a pre-treating process based on the environmentally-friendly continuous processes without a chemical material. CONSTITUTION: A device for pre-treating various composite material wastes consists of a reactor (20), a thermal fluid supplying tank (30), a coating removing container (80), and a mixer (40).
