Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for dynamically varying a wakeup period (interval or period) according to channel environments in a duty cycle-based MAC protocol, which is capable of improving a reception success rate and energy efficiency by counting the traffic of a neighboring node based on a channel state checked in the wakeup period within the duty cycle, and dynamically varying the wakeup period within the same duty cycle according to the counted traffic of the neighboring node.
Abstract:
The present specification relates to a method and an apparatus for automatically arranging a node for a surveillance patrol sensor network system capable of automatically recommending a relay node arrangement position and a sensor node by automatically analyzing influence elements and characteristics of the surveillance patrol sensor network system. The apparatus for automatically arranging the node for the surveillance patrol sensor network system according to an embodiment disclosed in the present specification comprises a database for storing an RF communication distance and a detection distance of a sensor determined in advance based on elements which influence arrangement determination of a relay node and a sensor node in the surveillance patrol sensor network system; a determination unit for determining the arrangement position of the relay node and the sensor node based on the detection distance and the RF communication distance which are determined in advance; and a display unit for displaying the arrangement position of the determined relay node and the determined sensor node on a screen, in an apparatus for determining the arrangement position of the sensor node and the relay node in the surveillance patrol sensor network system.
