Abstract: The present invention relates to a position detection method for targets by selecting receivers for calculating the position and setting the center between the receivers as a virtual receiving position using a reference table which contains information about the position of the receivers in multiple directions and information about the angle of arrival. Errors in position calculations are reduced and reliability in the position calculations is improved by selectively setting the receivers and the virtual receiving position.
