Abstract: PURPOSE: A processing apparatus of livestock excretion is provided to reduce environmental contaminations due to livestock excretion by manufacturing functional livestock excretion processed products from the livestock excretion. CONSTITUTION: The processing apparatus of livestock excretion(1) includes a mixer(20) mixing additives with livestock excretion; a hopper(30) supplying the livestock excretion mixture; a cylinder(40) pressurizing the livestock excretion mixture; a cylinder fixing block(50), in which the cylinder is fitted and fixed on the upper side of a supporting board(10); a pressure screw(60), which is installed in an inner pressurization space of the cylinder, and pressurizes and transfers the livestock excretion mixture to a discharge side end part; a baffle plate(70) installed at the discharge side end part of the cylinder; an extrusion die(80) extruding the livestock excretion mixture passing through a rectifying plate to livestock excretion processed products; an extrusion die cartridge(90) fixing extrusion dies to be replaceable to each other; and a cutter(100) cutting the extruded livestock excretion processed products.

Abstract: A separation type tower-shaped biofilter is provided to facilitate repair and management of reactor baths, by constituting the biofilter in a multi-stage type so that reactor baths for purifying odor are easily separated and connected. An inflow pipe(131) is installed at a lower portion of a lower box(130) having an opened supper surface. The inflow pipe has a first open-shut valve(132) for controlling the inflow of outside odor. A plurality of biofilter boxes(120) are laminated on the lower box, wherein the biofilter boxes have biofilters for purifying the odor. An upper box(110) having an opened lower surface is deposited on the biofilter boxes, wherein the upper box has a second open-shut valve(111) for controlling the outflow of purified air. An exhaust pipe(111) is installed at an upper side of the upper box. A transfer support(140) loads and transfers the lower box, the upper box, and the biofilter boxes. A rotary shaft bar(150a) and a fixing bar(150b) are vertically installed on an upper side of the transfer support. A rotation connecting unit installs the rotary shaft bar and the fixing bar such that the lower box, the upper box and the biofilter boxes are individually rotated, separated and laminated.
