    Abstract: An apparatus for trimming leaves and roots of spinach comprising a transfer part, a cutting part and a leaf removing part that are driven by an electric machine to automatically remove roots and lower leaves of spinach is provided. It reduces labor power, working time and cost, thereby improving working efficiency.
