Abstract: 본발명에서는폴리에스테르수지와상기폴리에스테르수지에비상용성인반구형입자및 백색무기입자를각각포함하는원료조성물을압출기를통해성형하여미연신시트를제조하는제1단계; 상기성형된미연신시트를냉각하는제2단계; 상기냉각된미연신시트를 1축연신하여 1축연신된필름을제조하는제3단계; 상기 1축연신된필름을 2축연신하여 2축연신된필름을제조하는제4단계; 상기 2축연신된필름을열처리하는제5단계;를포함하는것을특징으로하는백색폴리에스테르반사필름의제조방법을제공한다. 본발명에의하여제조되는백색폴리에스테르반사필름은폴리에스테르수지에비상용성인반구형입자를넣어반구형입자를핵으로해서생성되는기공계면에서의광의굴절을유도함으로써필름의광반사효율을높여필름의광학특성을향상시킬수 있는등의효과가있다. 또한, 반구형입자의크기와수를제어함으로써, 이축연신공정시파단을방지하여공정안정성을상승시킬수 있는등의효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A polyester-based film is provided to comprise anionic surfactant and non-ionic surfactant on a primer layer, thereby having excellent adhesion with a substrate film after drying high temperature and high humidity condition and easily controlling adhesion with a substrate which has polar surface energy. CONSTITUTION: A polyester-based film comprises a polyester substrate film, and a primer layer formed on one side or double sides of the substrate film. The primer layer comprises a polyurethane based binder resin, an anionic surfactant, a non-ionic surfactant, silica nanoparticles and a hardener. The weight ratio of the anionic surfactant and the non-ionic surfactant is 4:6 - 2:8. The amount of the binder resin is 10.0-95.0 weight% on the basis of total weight of the primer layer.
