Abstract: PURPOSE: A compound for organic electroluminescent device is provided to prevent crystallization at manufacturing a device because of high electron-transport efficiency, and to have good layer formation ability, thereby improving current properties of a device, decreasing driving voltage of a device, and improving power efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A compound is in chemical formula 1. In chemical 1, X is -O-, -S-, -CR11R12- or N-L1-Ar1, Y is -O-, -S-, -CR13R14- or N-L2-Ar2, one of R1-R4 forms a fused ring by being connected to adjacent substituent and a functional group in chemical formula 1-a, and residue is respectively hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted (C1-30)alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)aryl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-30)heteroaryl, substituted or unsubstituted (C3-30)cycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted 5-7membered heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)ar(C1-30)alkyl, (c3-30)cycloalkyl-combined substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)aryl, substituted or unsubstituted aromatic cycle-combined 5-7membered heterocycloalkyl, substituted or unsubstituted aromatic circle-combined (C3-30)cycloalkyl, -NR21R22, -SiR23R24R25, -SR26, -OR27, (C2-30)alkenyl, alkynyl, cyano, nitro, or hydroxy.

Abstract: An organic electroluminescent device is provided to exhibit a very good drive life due to excellent luminous efficiency and life characteristic of an organic electroluminescent compound. An organic electroluminescent device has an organic material layer interposed between a positive electrode and a negative electrode on a substrate. The organic material layer comprises at least one organic electroluminescent compound represented by the following formula 1 as a host. In the formula, A and B are, independently of each other, a chemical bond or C6-30 arylene, Ar1 and Ar2 are, independently of each other, phenyl, naphthyl, anthryl, or fluorenyl with or without at least one substituent selected from hydrogen, C1-20 linear or branched alkyl groups or alkoxy groups, C6-30 aryl or heteroaryl groups, and halogen groups, except that both of Ar1 and Ar2 are hydrogen.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescence diode is provided to have excellent luminous efficiency, excellent chromatic purity, low driving voltage, and good driving lifetime. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescence diode comprises an organic material layer between a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The organic material layer comprises a light emitting layer, which contains one or more dopant compounds in chemical formula 1, and one or more host compounds in chemical formula 2-5. The organic electroluminescence diode emits white light by additionally comprising one or more organic light emitting layer, which emits red, green or blue light. The doping concentration of dopant compounds to the host compounds of the light emitting layer is 20weight% or less.
