    Abstract: PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to prevent the crystallization by having high electron transfer efficiency and to easily form a layer, thereby manufacturing an organic light emitting diode with improved power efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is indicated in chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, Z is a functional group indicated in chemical formula 1-a and formula 1-b; L1 is a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted (C2-30)heteroarylene, or substituted or unsubstituted (C6-30)arylene. An organic electroluminescent diode comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and one or more organic material layers inserted between the first electrode and second electrode. The organic material layer includes one or more phosphorescent dopants and one or more of the organic electroluminescent compounds.

CONSTITUTION: An organic luminescent compound has a structure marked with chemical formula 1, and is included in a hole transport layer and a hole injection layer of an organic electro luminescence. The organic electro luminescence device contains the organic luminescent compound, and includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and more than one organic material layer inserted in between the first and second electrodes.
