본 발명은 인쇄회로기판 위에 복수개의 BGA IC 패키지가 적층된 IC 패키지 및 그 제조방법을 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 IC 패키지는 인쇄회로기판과, 복수개의 제1솔더볼을 구비하여 상기 인쇄회로기판의 상부에 적층되는 제 1 BGA IC 패키지와, 복수개의 제2솔더볼을 구비하여 상기 제 1 BGA IC의 상부에 적층되는 제 2 BGA IC 패키지와, 상기 각 제2솔더볼이 용융된 상태로 채워지면 그 길이가 늘어난 상태로 경화되도록 하는 관통홀을 구비하여, 상기 제 1 BGA IC패키지의 상부에 결합되는 인터포저를 구비한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A portable terminal with a detachable Bluetooth headset is provided to be used by a single receiver module and a microphone module. CONSTITUTION: A Bluetooth headset(10) is detachably mounted on a portable terminal. A receiver module(R) and a microphone module(M) are installed in the Bluetooth headset. The receiver module and the microphone module are used for a call. When the Bluetooth headset is mounted on the portable terminal, an electrical connection device is electrically connected to the portable terminal. The controller performs a corresponding operation by sensing whether the Bluetooth headset is mounted.

PURPOSE: A boss coupling device of a portable communication device is provided to prevent a boss from being damaged by a screw mounting unit which provides a repulsive force for coupling stress during screw coupling. CONSTITUTION: The first and second boss housings(20,30) are formed in the front and rear cases(1a,1b) of a communication device(1). A screw coupling unit(21) is formed in the first boss housing. A screw coupling tap(31) is provided to the second boss housing. A screw mounting unit(40) is formed in the screw coupling unit. The screw mounting unit is projected in an opposite direction of screw coupling. The screw mounting unit is deformed in a coupling direction due to contact with the screw.

A head-mounted display terminal with a light shutter is provided to enable users to selectively adjust the amount of incident light when they desire to see images through the head-mounted display terminal. A head-mounted display terminal with a light shutter is composed of a display unit(150), a light shutter(160) and a controller. The display unit is integrated with the glasses of a goggle to display image signals. The light shutter is designed to block the one side of the display unit while adjusting the amount of incident light according to electrical states. The controller adjusts the amount of incident light thrown on the display unit and controls the amount of the light transmitted through the light shutter. The light shutter is contacted to the outer surface of the display unit in order to cover the display unit. The light shutter consists of a top and bottom electrode, a plurality of microcapsules and internal electrode.

An alloy electroforming method is provided to improve gradient and the strength of a case and externals of the case by using nickel without skin allergy problem. An alloy electroforming method comprises: a step(11) for forming a mold; a step(12) for forming an electric pole layer made of steel nickel(Fe-Ni) alloy; a step(13) forming a first plating layer made of tin nickel(Sn-Ni) alloy or Cu-SN alloy on the outer surface of the electric pole layer; and a step(15) forming a second plating layer made of chrome(Cr) material on the surface of the first plating layer. In the electric pole layer formation step, the electric pole layer is formed in the mold within electroforming liquid.

A zigbee network system and a method for assigning an ip address of a client device in a zigbee network system are provided to enable a zigbee coordinator to record and manage a server list including server profile information with regard to each IP service server device, thereby easily managing the IP service server device joining a jigbee network. A zigbee network system comprises a client device(30), a server device(20) and a zigbee coordinator(10). The zigbee coordinator forms a zigbee network. The zigbee coordinator stores server profile information about the server device entering the zigbee network. The zigbee coordinator determines a server device which assigns an IP address to the client device by using the received client profile information.

An apparatus and a method for compensating time delay in an optical repeater of a time division duplex mode supporting a daisy chain topology are provided to measure/compensate processing delay and propagating delay of an optical fiber occurring in a repeater when measuring variable time delay, thereby very exactly realizing time delay compensation. System standby signals are successively transmitted to all connected nodes(401). When the system standby signals are all transmitted, a delay request signal is transmitted from the first node to the second node(409). A delay response signal with regard to the delay request signal is transmitted from the second node receiving the delay request signal and the first node(411). Delay time information is transmitted from the first node receiving the delay response signal to the second node(415).

A directional speaker apparatus and a wireless terminal having the same are provided to output an acoustic focused to a user and to change output directivity of acoustic freely even though the volume is small and the configuration is simple. A speaker(200) outputs an acoustic to the front thereof. A direction unit(202) includes a plurality of direction plates(240). The direction plates are disposed in the front of the speaker and guide the acoustic from the speaker.
