Abstract: 본 발명은 온도 보상형 적외선 센서 장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 주위 온도가 변화하여도 동일한 출력 감도를 얻을 수있는 보상형 적외선 센서 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 목적을 위하여 물체로 부터 방출되는 적외선 파장을 검지하여 전압으로 변환하는 적외선 센서부, 상기 적외선 센서부에서 출력되는 전압을 대역제한하고, 온도 센서 소자를 구비하여 주위 온도온 변화에 따라 게인이 조절되는 증폭부, 소정의 기준 신호와 상기 증폭부에서 출력되는 전압을 비교하여 물체의 유무를 검지하는 펄스 신호를 출력하는 비교부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 써미스터로 주위 온도를 체크하여 온도에 맞는 출력 게인을 자동으로 조절함으로서, 온도가 변화하여도 동일한 출력 감도를 구하여 인체 위치 감지에 대한 오류를 줄일 수있는 이점이 있다.
