Abstract: A color printing system capable of reappearing color suitable for the preference of local people using a color printer is provided to recognize the color preference of an area in which an image forming apparatus is installed. If a print command exists, local feature information is required to a host computer. The host computer transmits the local feature information stored in an operating system to a printer driver(20). The printer driver automatically obtains the local feature information of the area in which the host computer is installed. A printer driver selects a look up table by using the obtained local feature information. The selected look up table is set up as the base look up table. YMCK print data is transmitted to the printer.

Abstract: A plasma chemical vapor deposition apparatus is provided to prevent damages due to collision of a wafer and an object and a wafer dropping in a transfer robot by using wafer detection units for detecting an outer circumference of the wafer. First detection units(30) are diagonally arranged on an upper surface(11) and a lower surface(12) of a load lock chamber(10) on a basis of a wafer positioned on a paddle(21) at a wafer check point of a wafer transfer robot(20). The first detection units check a section deviated from the paddle. Second and third detection units(40,50) are arranged on the upper and the lower surfaces of the load lock chamber, facing to each other and perpendicular with an outer circumference of the wafer, thereby preventing damages due to collision of the wafer and an object and a wafer dropping in the transfer robot.
