Abstract: A method for deleting transmitting/receiving lists in a portable terminal is provided to prevent transmitting/receiving lists for particular telephone numbers from being left, thereby easily protecting a user's privacy from other people. A telephone number of the other party's portable terminal is displayed on a portable terminal, and transmitting/receiving termination with the other party's terminal is sensed(S301). It is decided whether the displayed telephone number is a management telephone number preset in the portable terminal(S303,S309). If so, it is selected whether to delete the displayed telephone number from transmitting/receiving lists(S313). If so, the displayed telephone number is deleted from the transmitting/receiving lists(S315-S321).

Abstract: A method and system is for automatically updating a home-zone list in a subscriber database as the configuration of a cell changes in a cellular mobile telecommunication system mounted with a home-zone service center. Specifically, the method includes the steps of deciding at least one base station having a base station system parameter according to a change in the cell configuration because of expansion, moving or dismantlement of a base station, selecting at least one subscriber who is under the influence of changes in the base station, generating a home-zone list including at least one home-zone base station that can provide a home-zone service to every selected subscriber, and updating a database of the subscriber based on the generated home-zone list. Therefore, the present invention enables to update the home-zone list that is necessary to provide the best quality home-zone services to the subscribers every time the configuration of the cell changes, thereby applying a subscriber home-zone list more accurately and fast.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of automatically updating a home-zone list in a mobile communication system is provided to determine BTSs(Base Transceiver Subsystems) whose BTS system parameters are changed when cell shapes are changed, and to generate home-zone lists for subscribers, thereby simply obtaining the changed home-zone lists. CONSTITUTION: When cell shapes are changed, a home-zone service center receives cell shape changing information(S100). The home-zone service center determines BTSs whose BTS system parameters are changed by the changed cell shapes(S200). The home-zone service center selects all subscribers influenced by the changed cell shapes by using coordinates of the determined BTSs(S300). A home-zone list generation algorithm generates home-zone lists for the selected subscribers(S400). The generated home-zone lists are stored in a subscriber DB of the home-zone service center, and is updated in a home location register(S500).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for deciding a homezone coverage of a subscriber are provided to decide a homezone coverage of a new subscriber, using address information. CONSTITUTION: A CCC(Customer Care Center,200) receives address information of a new subscriber. The CCC(200) transmits the address information of the subscriber to an LD-SPC(Location Determination & Service Provisioning Center,100) to request the decision of a homezone coverage. A latitude/longitude converter(120) of the LD-SPC(100) converts the GPS address into corresponding latitude/longitude. The LD-SPC(100) checks whether the latitude/longitude exists in a zone DB(300). If exist, the LD-SPC(100) calculates subscriber home zone information. The LD-SPC(100) transmits the subscriber homezone information to the CCC(200). If the CCC(200) requests a registration to the LD-SPC(100), the LD-SPC(100) provides the subscriber homezone information to an HLR(Home Location Register,400) and a subscriber homezone DB(500), to register the new subscriber.
