Abstract: 본 발명은 웨이퍼 언로딩 장치에 관해서 게시한다. 본 발명에 의한 언로딩 장치는 카세트 테이블을 상하로 구동하기 위해 볼스크루로 구성된 레일을 사용하고, 센서 고정용 블록에 센서를 고정하는 방법으로서 고정볼트를 수평으로 고정한다. 상기 본 발명에 의해 오랫동안 사용할지라도 웨이퍼 카세트의 피치를 항상 정확하게 맞출 수가 있기 때문에 웨이퍼를 카세트 테이블로 슬롯 내부에 정확히 언로딩할 수가 있다. 또한 센서 고정용 블록에 센서를 수평으로 고정함으로서 외부의 충격으로 인해 센서의 위치가 변하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

Abstract: The constant angular velocity (CAV) disk (80) player for extending the playback time includes; (a) a spindle motor (70) driving the CAV disk; (b) pick-up (90) for detecting the image RF signal recorded on CAV disk; (c) pick-up assistant part (100) supplying the control signal to the pick-up; (d) a demodulation circuit for detecting the frame synchronisation by counting the vertical synchronisation; (e) a comparator (300) comparing the frame synchronisation with preset synchronisation data; (f) a video/audio detection circuit (700) reading the original video/audio signals from the disk; (g) a video frame erasing circuit (600) for preventing the playback of unnecessary frames.
