The present invention relates to a refrigerator capable of reducing power consumption for defrosting and properly defrosting an evaporator by changing the operating time of a fan for defrosting depending on the temperature of the outdoor air of the refrigerator, wherein the refrigerator comprises: a storage chamber of which the temperature inside is maintained to be above zero; an evaporator cooling the storage chamber by evaporating a refrigerant; a compressor compressing the refrigerant evaporated by the evaporator; a blowing fan supplying air cooled by the evaporator to the storage chamber and defrosting the evaporator by feeding the air in the storage chamber to the evaporator; a storage temperature detecting part detecting the temperature in the storage chamber; an operating part operating the compressor and the blowing fan; and a control part performing a defrosting operation to defrost the evaporator by operating the blowing fan when a cooling operation to cool the storage chamber is finished, and delaying the operation of the compressor until the defrosting operation is finished while the defrosting operation is performed even if the temperature in the storage chamber exceeds a storage maximum temperature to perform the cooling operation. Disclosed are a composite for charging an ion exchange film, a manufacturing method of the ion exchange film, an ion exchange film, and a redox flow battery. The disclosed composite for charging an ion exchange film includes a first aromatic vinyl monomer having a halogenated alkyl group or four-class ammonium. The halogenated alkyl group has a carbon number of 1-10. The first aromatic vinyl monomer includes at least one kind selected from a group composed of vinylbenzyl chloride (VBC), (vinylbenzyl) trimethyl ammonium chloride, and 1-allyl-3-methyl imidazolium chloride, and o-allyl-N-benzyl cinchonidinium chloride (O-allyl-N-benzylcinchonidinium chloride).
