본 발명의 목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 발명은 입력 신호에 따라 가청음을 발생하는 스피커와, 사용자의 조작에 따라 스피커의 음량 조절을 위한 조작 신호를 생성하는 볼륨 조절 다이얼과, 사용자의 조작에 따라 무선 이어폰 세트의 온/오프를 포함하는 동작 조작 신호를 생성하는 동작 버튼과, 사용자의 발성으로 인한 진동을 감지하여 진동에 대응되게 음성 신호를 출력하는 골전도형 마이크와, 이동통신 단말기로부터 송신된 무선 음성 신호를 수신하여 근거리 무선통신 방식에 따라 변환하여 스피커로 입력하거나 상기 골전도형 마이크로부터 제공된 음성 신호를 근거리 무선통신 변환 방식에 따라 변환하여 상기 이동통신 단말로 송신하는 근거리 무선통신 모듈과, 동작 버튼 및 상기 볼륨 조절 다이얼의 조작 신호에 따라 근거리 무선통신 모듈의 동작을 제어하는 제어부를 포함함을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling UICC(Universal IC Card) in a complex terminal are provided to perform communication with UICC through interaction with controller in a plurality of communication modems, thereby maintaining the connection between a plurality of communication modem and the UICC. CONSTITUTION: An interface unit(150) transfers predetermined command for communication with UICC(Universal IC Card) form at least one of communication modems to a controller(140). The controller authorize communication right to the second communication(130) or return a given authorization right, or control the communication termination between the second communication modem and the UICC for maintaining connection between the UICC and the first communication modem(120) according to the UICC state. A MUX(Multiplexer)(110) connects the UICC with corresponding communication modem under the control of the controller.

Abstract: A mask and a method for manufacturing a display substrate using the same are provided to improve the manufacturing reliability of a switching element and a display substrate having the same by prevent defects such as short-circuit and open of a channel portion. The drain pattern defines a channel region including a first channel region formed parallel to the scan direction of an exposure device and a second channel region formed perpendicularly to the scan direction. The slit pattern has a first slit formed in the first channel region as having a first thickness and a second slit formed in the second channel region as having a second thickness. The first thickness is greater than the second thickness.
