Abstract:
본 발명은 MPEG-2에서 제시한 HDTV의 표준규격인 MP@HL 사양에 맞추어 고속으로 입력되는 비트스트림 데이타를 구분분석할 수 있는 고속의 데이타 구문분석 제어회로에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 제어회로는 입력되는 비트스트림 데이타에 대한 비디오디코더의 표준규격상에 명시된 비트열의 구문분석에 대한 제어명령들을 테이블로 정의하고, 현재 구문에 부합되는 제어명령을 발생하는 제어명령발생부와, 입력되는 N-비트데이타와 제어명령내에 포함되어 있는 해당 내용을 서로 비교하여 구문분석에 필요한 조건신호를 출력하는 비교부와, 입력되는 N-비트데이타에 대한 가변장부호의 값과 길이 및 N-비트데이타를 선택적으로 출력하는 가변장부호테이블부와, 현재구문분석결과를 다음 구문분석에 이용할 수 있도록 저장하는 이전분석데이타저장부와, 구문상에 루프가 있을 때를 위하여 일정비트씩 카운트하는 카운터부, 및 유효한 비트길이를 결정하여 출력하는 유효비트길이출력부로 구성된다.

PURPOSE: A device and method for setting HARQ and ARQ parameters are provided to optimally set HARQ and ARQ parameters, thereby enhancing HARQ performance and UM performance. CONSTITUTION: An HARQ parameter setting unit(110) determines a setup condition of a default HARQ parameter using a QCI(Quality Collaboration Index) feature. The HARQ parameter setting unit sets a default HARQ parameter which satisfies the determined setup condition of the default HARQ parameter. An ARQ parameter setting unit(130) determines a setup condition of a default ARQ parameter using the QCI feature. The ARQ parameter setting unit sets a default ARQ parameter which satisfies the determined setup condition of the default ARQ parameter. A parameter updating unit(150) updates the set default HARQ and ARQ parameters according to a channel state of a terminal.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A synchronizer of a packet network and a method thereof are provided to estimate the propagation delay and phase offset efficiently in real time. CONSTITUTION: A synchronizer of a packet network(10) includes a sampling unit(102), an estimating unit(104), and a synchronization unit(106). The sampling unit samples the delay fluctuation of continuous packets. The estimating unit estimates the propagation delay and phase offset from the delay fluctuation samples filtered through a low pass filter and plural filters, in real time. The synchronization unit removes the propagation delay and phase offset estimated from a local slave clock to generate a slave clock synchronized with a master.

A scheduling method and a system of IEEE 802.11E HCCA protocol in which an access point receives queue status information from the station and reducing a time delay between a TXOP allocation point of allocation time are provided to improve the performance of wireless network by allowing traffic stream in various wireless mediums. An access point(110) provides contention free poll including information related to TXOP. The queue status information is received from a station(120). It controls so that station transmit a data frame based on the received queue status information. The station transmits the queue status information of station with the access point based on the information relating to TXOP. The data frame is transmitted for the allocated TXOP duration. Station is included as the polled TXOP duration information in the frame transmitted to the access point from station and the queue status information is assimilated on station. The RTS(Request To Send) is used frame.
Abstract:
A network repeater and a method thereof are provided to receive a frame where header error check information is recorded in a header part, and to quickly conduct frame forwarding according to results of checking an error for a header, thereby stably executing frame relay as minimizing relay delay. A data transceiver(110) receives a frame equipped with header error check information for deciding whether an error exists in a header. A controller(120) decides whether the error exists in the header by using the header error check information, and controls the data transceiver to transmit the frame toward the destination by initiating forwarding for the frame before the overall frame is received if the error does not exist in the header.
