Abstract: 본 발명은 전달받은 표준화질 해상도를 갖는 오디오 및/또는 비디오 입력 신호를 무선상으로 전송하는 방안을 제안한다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 전달받은 상기 입력 신호를 고화질 해상도를 갖는 신호로 변환하고, 상기 변환된 신호에 포함된 노이즈를 제거한다. 상기 노이즈가 제거된 신호를 고 화질 부호화를 수행하며, 상기 부호화 과정을 수행한 신호를 무선상으로 전송한다. 이 경우 비월주사(1080i) 방식을 사용함으로서 고화질 해상도로 변환한다. 이와 같이 입력신호에 대한 부호화 과정을 수행하기 이전 단계에서 노이즈를 제거함으로서 화질의 열화 현상을 감소시킬 수 있다. 또한, 표준 화질 부호화 과정을 수행하는 대신 고 화질 부호화 과정을 수행함으로서 화질의 열화 현상을 감소시킬 수 있다.
