Abstract: PURPOSE: A nanofiber composite, a manufacturing method thereof and an electric field effect transistor using the same are provided to include conductivity with improved processibility or semiconductor organic materials without losing material or electric properties due to surrounding conditions. CONSTITUTION: The nanofiber composite includes a nanowire, and a gate electrode. The nanowire(13) includes the conductivity or the semiconductor organic materials extended in nanofiber toward the longitudinal direction of nanofiber. The gate electrode is located beneath a source electrode and the above drain electrode. The nanofiber of hydrophobic polymer forms a shell part surrounding the core part, and has a core shell structure.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fiber for detecting a target and a method for fabricating the fiber are provided to obtain a fiber composite containing the fiber and to detect the target in a sample. CONSTITUTION: A fiber(1) for detecting a target comprises a polymer(2), a target detection material(3), and metal nanoparticles(4). The target detection material and metal nanoparticles are fixed to the polymers by non-covalent bond. A fiber has a double layer structure of a core and a shell. A method for detecting the target in a sample comprises: a step of contacting the sample with a target detection fiber; and a step of observing change before and after contact.
