The present invention relates to a composition for inducing muscle cell differentiation from stem cells and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating diseases related to muscle loss, which efficiently induces muscle cells from stem cells by targeting histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6) as a new differentiation control; and can be widely used for treating and preventing diseases related to various muscle loss like muscular dystrophy, myositis and fibrosis by regenerating a loss of muscle tissues.

본 발명은 인간 혈액 유래 혈구 세포괴(BBHS)를 이용하여 효율적으로 인슐린 분비세포로 분화하는 방법 및 이를 이용한 대사성 질환 치료제 등에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따라 분화된 인슐린 분비세포를 이용하여 대사성 질환 세포 치료제 개발을 실용화할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 본 발명에 따른 인간 혈액 유래 혈구 세포괴를 이용함으로써 줄기세포 치료제 개발과 관련한 종래의 문제점, 즉 종양발생, 면역거부, 윤리문제점, 분화방법 등을 해결할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a method for deriving customized pluripotent stem cells by reprogramming differentiated adult cells using extracts of plant stem cells and callus, pluripotent stem cells produced by the method, and a cell therapy product comprising the pluripotent stem cells. According to the present invention, an ethical issue can be solved by not using eggs to produce pluripotent stem cells having the same ability as embryonic stem cells, and above all, pluripotent stem cells with secured safety can be produced by using the plant stem cell extract proven to be harmless, and also the method can be used for developing a customized immune compatible cell therapy product. Additionally, the present invention is expected to be very useful for investigating a cause of disease and studying therapy methods by deriving the pluripotent stem cells from an individual having the disease.

The present invention relates to a method for stimulating lymphatic neovascularization by effectively culturing and multiplying lymph vessel adult stem cells and precursor cells, which are present in blood in a very small amount, using blood mononuclear cells; and use thereof. The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition for stimulating lymphatic neovascularization, comprising human-blood-derived hematosphere etc. Therefore, the present invention provides a method for massively culturing and multiplying lymph vessel adult stem cells and precursor cells via the in vitro culture of self-derived blood monocyte; and a method for treating diseases having lymph vessel formation abnormality and disorder using the same. The present invention enables the massive securing of blood lymph vessel adult stem cells and precursor cells and can contribute to developing an optimal autologous-cell-derived cell therapy agent for cell therapy for lymph-vessel-related diseases.

The present invention relates to a technique of using monocytic blood cells to effectively culture and proliferate blood adult stem cells and progenitor cells that only exist in small quantities to effectively obtain large quantities of stem cells. According to the present invention, the limitation of being able to derive only small quantities of stem cells from blood can be overcome, and the pluripotency of stem cells can easily be obtained.
