Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for screening anticancer drug using ROR-alpha is provided to detect a material which phosphorylates serine at N-terminal and to detect a therapeutic agent for cancer. CONSTITUTION: A method for screening an anti-cancer drug comprises: a step of culturing cells; a step of contacting a material to the cells; a step of confirming increase of ROR-alpha phosphorylation comparing control group; and a step of selecting anti-cancer drug which enhances ROR-alpha phosphorylation. A method for analyzing expression level of Wnt target gene is immunoblotting. The cells are colon cancer cells.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供使用ROR-α筛选抗癌药物的方法，以检测在N-末端磷酸化丝氨酸并检测癌症治疗剂的物质。 构成：筛选抗癌药物的方法包括：培养细胞的步骤; 使材料与细胞接触的步骤; 比较对照组确认ROR-α磷酸化增加的步骤; 以及选择增强ROR-α磷酸化的抗癌药物的步骤。 分析Wnt靶基因表达水平的方法是免疫印迹法。 细胞是结肠癌细胞。
