A method for preparing the fraction or woweizisu C comprises: a step of washing Schizandra chinensis Baillon. with water, drying and pulverizing; a step of adding solvent to the Schizandra chinensis Baillon. powder and dipping to prepare Schizandra chinensis Baillon. extract; a step of filtering and concentrating the extract; a step of suspending the extract concentrate in distilled water; a step of fractioning with hexane, chloroform, ethyl acetate, butanol, and water.
