An apparatus for automatically calculating infant dosage according to the present invention automatically calculates infant dosage by measuring the height of infants and includes a housing: a measurement unit which is installed on the bottom of the housing and measures the height of infants; a calculation unit which calculates dosage based on the measured height of infants; and an output unit for outputting information on dosage calculated from the calculation unit. The apparatus for automatically calculating infant dosage easily measures the height of infants, automatically outputs dosage necessary to prescription, and provides results to medical staffs or EMR.
