자기복제가 가능한 생체 물질을 기반으로 하는 나노프로브로서, 상기 생체 물질의 제1 영역에 존재하며 표적 물질에 특이적으로 결합가능한 결합 성분; 및 상기 생체 물질의 제2 영역에 존재하며 광학 검출 신호를 제공하기 위한 나노입자들을 포함하는 나노프로브가 제공된다. 상기 나노프로브를 이용하면 표적 물질의 정량 분석 및 다중분석이 가능하며 대량 생산이 용이하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An antibody against gremlin-1 is provided to suppress cell migration, cell invasion, and cell proliferation depending on gremlin-1, thereby treating cancer or immune diseases. CONSTITUTION: An antibody against gremlin-1 is provided. The antibody has anticancer effect by suppressing gremlin-1 in a bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) or vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR2) independent mode. The antibody is selected among an immune antibody, a chimera antibody, a human antibody, and a humanized antibody. Gremlin-1 is directly conjugated to cancer cells by the antibody.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A binding molecule is provided to bind to and neutralize influenza A virus, to prevent and treat diseases due to influenza A virus, and to diagnose infection of influenza A virus. CONSTITUTION: A binding molecule specifically binds to influenza A virus. Influenza A virus is H3 subtype virus of influenza A. A method for preparing the binding molecule comprises a step of transfecting a vector to a cell line. A method for preparing the vector which expresses the binding molecule comprises: a step of isolating PBMC(Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cell) from mammal which is vaccinated; a step of preparing an antibody library using the isolated PBMC; a step of selecting an antibody which binds to the H3 subtype virus among the antibody library; and a step of cloning the screened antibody to the vector.
