Abstract: PURPOSE: A separable brake disk is provided to facilitate maintenance and replacement by detachably fastening a metal plate of cast iron or nonferrous metal to a brake disk body by a fastening unit. CONSTITUTION: A separable brake disk includes a circular brake disk body(100) combined to an axle and made of aluminum, and plates(300a,300b) separably fastened to both sides of brake disk body, to provide a friction surface to a brake pad. In the separable brake disk, a prominent part is formed near the inner peripheral part of the inner surface of the brake disk body. Blade bodies are radially arranged to the prominent part at uniform intervals. An embossed part to which projection bodies(121) are formed at uniform intervals is formed to the surface between the inner peripheral part and the outer peripheral part. An embossed part to which projection bodies are formed at uniform intervals is formed to the outside of the disk body and the plates are seated on the embossed parts.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A brake system is provided to increase the exchange period of a brake pad, cut down exchanging and overhauling cost, disperse heat generated in operating a brake and accordingly improve braking performance. CONSTITUTION: A brake system increasing the exchange period of a brake pad and improving braking performance by changing a friction surface of a brake disc rotor with the brake pad is composed of plates(100) formed and adhered with hollow disc-shaped friction materials(200) at the side and the brake disc rotor including a brake disc body(300) fixed with other side of the plate by bolts(500) and a pin. In addition, the friction surface contacting with the friction material of the brake disc rotor in braking is made from a metal different with the friction material, and a radiating plate is attached between the friction surface and a caliper bracket supporting the friction material.

Abstract: Disclosed is a wheel cover mounted to a wheel of a car outside the wheel, while having functions of protecting the wheel from an impact externally applied thereto, and effectively cooling heat transferred from a tire and brake disc to the wheel during the running of the car. The wheel cover includes a plurality of through holes formed at a side rim while being circumferentially arranged along the side rim, and a plurality of streamlined cooling fan blades formed at the side rim inside the side rim such that they are integral with the side rim. Each cooling fan blade is arranged near an associated one of the through holes to guide air introduced into the associated through hole, thereby generating a vortex flow of air inside the wheel cover.
