Abstract: PURPOSE: A frequency interference management device using wireless positioning is provided to find a position between devices by using the wireless positioning in M2M(Machine-To-Machine) communication environment, thereby assigning frequencies by using the wireless positioning. CONSTITUTION: An information management unit collects and manages information for M2M communication environment of assigning frequencies(S410). A position measurement unit measures each position of a plurality of devices by using a wireless signal based on the collected information(S420). A frequency assignment unit assigns frequencies to each device based on the each position(S430). An information providing unit provides position information and frequency information to a management server which manages the M2M communication environment(S440). Abstract: PURPOSE: A particle creation using a CSEOF(Cyclostationary Empirical Orthogonal Function) and development phenomenon identifying method are provided to objectively and accurately identify a particle creation and development phenomenon by using a statistical method. CONSTITUTION: A particle creation using a CSEOF are as follows. An aerosol in the air is divided into pieces by using a SMPS(Scanning Mobility Particle Sizer) and the number of the aerosol are figured out according to a size(S10). Aerosol raw data N is converted into a standardized numerical concentration(dN, dlogDP) by using the SMPS(S20). Data which is unnecessary for an analysis due to causes such as errors of the SMPS among the standardized data is filtered(S30). The data measured by the SMPS is collected so that data for an hour is obtained(S40). Only days in which the SMPS measures for 24 hours are selected(S50). The selected measurement data is input to a CSEOF statistical analysis program(S60). The input data is output as a graph in which modes per features are converted into specific numbers through the CSEOF statistical analysis program.
