    Abstract: An encapsulated paint is provided to maintain a state of a material by storing paints of a powdered form in a receiving body with predetermined amount, and to increase a lifetime of the paints. An encapsulated paint includes water soluble dye(100) indicating color, and a receiving body(200) formed to a capsule shape with a water soluble material and accommodating the dye inside. The dye is stored in the receiving body with a powdered type. The receiving body has 100 micrometer ~ 5 centimeter of longitudinal axis length. A material of the receiving body is made of a water-soluble electrolyte and indicates a transparent color.

CONSTITUTION: A traffic terminal transmits a dialing signal to a counseling client(S100). An exchange receives the dialing signal for connecting with the counseling client(S200). Voice data obtained in the call between the terminal and the counseling client are transmitted to a multi-line recorder connected by a local area network(S300). The multi-line recorder analyzes voice data for encoding, compressing and saving voice data(S400,S500). It is determined whether the call between the terminal and the counseling client is terminated(S600). It is determined whether a management client will manage the multi-line recorder saving voice data(S700). The management client controls the multi-line recorder according to the selected menu(S800).
