PURPOSE: A selective patterning method of a surface of a micro structure is provided to coat bacteria absorption materials and bacteria non- absorption materials by regulating an exposed area of a micro structure using the concentration of agarose. CONSTITUTION: A selective patterning method of a surface of a micro structure is as follows. A micro structure is loaded on a gel. A polymer solution is spread on the gel where the micro structure is loaded and hardened. The hardened polymer layer is separated from the gel. The plasma is supplied to or an absorbent or a blocking agent is treated on the surface where the micro structure of the hardened polymer layer is exposed.

PURPOSE: A switching device and a malfunction preventing method thereof are provided to prevent the malfunction of the switching device by including a protection unit which prevents switches from being simultaneously on by a control signal. CONSTITUTION: A controller(120) outputs a plurality of digital control signals. A protection unit(150) is connected to the controller and blocks all signals when the plurality of the digital control signals are simultaneously on and received. A gate driver(130) generates a switch control signal by converting the control signal passing through the protection unit. A plurality of switches(140) are individually on and off according to each switch control signal.

PURPOSE: An isolated DC/DC converter of a full-bridge type is provided to isolate input DC power and output DC power by using a transformer. CONSTITUTION: A full bridge switching unit(110) includes four switches(111-114) which alternatively supplies input DC power to both sides of an input side coil(121) of a transformer(120). The transformer includes an input side coil and an output side coil(122) which outputs the boosted power. A rectifier(130) a first diode(131) and a second diode(132) for rectifying the boosted power. An output unit(140) comprises a first capacitor(141) and a second capacitor(142) for generating the output DC power.

PURPOSE: A method for controlling an ultrasonic motor is provided to reduce starting torque of the ultrasonic motor by decreasing a contact surface between a stator and a rotor. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic motor(110) includes a piezoelectric element, a stator, and a rotor. The phase voltage is applied to the ultrasonic motor. A standing wave is formed in a surface of the stator. A surface of the rotor is contacted with a ridge of the standing wave. The B phase voltage is applied to the ultrasonic motor. The standing wave is transformed to a progressive wave. The progressive wave is rubbed with the surface of the rotor. The rotor rotates with a target angle. The phase difference between the phase voltage and the B phase voltage is 90 degrees.

A hybrid converter is provided to improve resolution of an output voltage by varying a firing angle of an auxiliary converter. A main converter(110) includes a pair of internal converters(111,112). A transformed voltage with a transformation ratio of 1:pN and 1:pݻ3N is inputted into the pair of internal converters of a main converter. An auxiliary converter(120) includes the pair of converters(121,122). The transformed voltage with the transformation ratio of 1:sN and 1:sݻ3N is inputted into the pair of internal converters of the auxiliary converter. The main converter is connected in series with the auxiliary converter. The internal converter of the main converter is comprised of a diode bridge. The internal converter of the auxiliary converter is comprised of a thyristor bridge.

An incubator having multiple cell culture system is provided to emit light of different wavelength in each cell culture system and study cell culture and differentiation state. An incubator having multiple cell culture system comprises an incubator(10), plural cell culture system(100), and central control unit(20). The incubator provides the cell culture condition. The plural cell culture system is contained inside incubator and a sample is cultured and differentiated therein. The central control unit controls the incubator and cell culture system. The cell culture system comprises a case, sample placing unit and light irradiating unit(400). The case forms a dark room of regular volume. The sample placing unit is placed in plural layers inside the case. The light irradiating unit is installed inside the case and irradiates the light to the sample placing unit. The case comprises light mounting plat, both sides board and front plate.
