PURPOSE: A method for studying Rubus coreanus effect is provided to experimentally certify the improved erection effect and easily confirm the efficiency of the Rubus coreanus. CONSTITUTION: A method for testing Rubus coreanus effect comprises: a step of separating penis of animal to remove urethra and mounting corpus cavernosum having tunica albuginea; a step of controlling temperature and oxygen amount of nutritious liquid and providing the nutritious to the corpus cavernosum; a step of freeze-drying Rubus coreanus and centrifuging the Rubus coreanus extract; and a step of administering phenyleprine to contract the corpus cavernosum and measuring tension of the corpus cavernosum.

The present invention discloses a balloon catheter for prostate treatment. The balloon catheter for prostate treatment of the present invention is a catheter for prostate treatment allowing body fluids including clotted blood and urine in bladder to be discharged by being inserted into a urethra, comprising: an external tube in which a hollow is formed and which is exposed to the outside; an internal tube which is arranged inside the exterior tube in a hollow shape to form a path for discharging the body fluids, but arranged to be separated from the inner surface of the external tube; a prostate pressing balloon which is attached to the external tube so as to expand to pressurize the prostate; and a bladder hanging balloon which is attached to the external tube so as to expand to be hung in the inner wall of the bladder. According to the present invention, on condition that the prostate pressing balloon expands to pressurize the prostate, the escape of the catheter from the urethra due to carelessness or a mistake by a user can be prevented as much as possible, and bleeding from the bladder neck can be prevented by pressurizing the bladder neck positioned between the prostate pressing balloon and bladder hanging balloon.

The present invention relates to a composition containing an Artemisia capillaris Thunb. ethylacetate fraction extract and a compound separated from the same as active ingredients. In particular, it has been confirmed that the composition exhibits an effect in a concentration-dependent relaxing of the smooth muscle of the penis corpus cavernosum, so that the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a health functional food for preventing and treating erectile dysfunction.

PURPOSE: A catheter fixing device is provided, which can prevent damage or inflammation of urethra according to movement of the catheter. CONSTITUTION: A catheter fixing device(100) comprises a holder(110) which is equipped with an inlet port(111) through which a catheter inserted into urethra is penetrated and is installed to surround the penis; a catheter fixing unit(120) which is installed in the inlet port; a balloon member(130) installed at the backend of the holder; and a holder fixing member(140) which fixes the holder on the human body. The catheter fixing unit includes a grip member(121) and a spring(122) giving the elastic force to the grip member.
