Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition containing an Artemisia capillaris Thunb. ethylacetate fraction extract and a compound separated from the same as active ingredients. In particular, it has been confirmed that the composition exhibits an effect in a concentration-dependent relaxing of the smooth muscle of the penis corpus cavernosum, so that the composition can be used as a pharmaceutical composition or a health functional food for preventing and treating erectile dysfunction.
