The first terminal patterns are electrically connected through the first via holes.     Abstract: A planar resonator is provided to change a resonant frequency by connecting a varactor diode to a microstrip line and to reduce the volume. A ground metal layer is formed in an upper part of a substrate. A dielectric layer is formed in the upper part of the ground metal layer. A microstrip line(210) is formed on a substrate(200). A ground metal layer is formed in the rear side of a substrate. A penetration hole(215) for ground is formed in one side of the microstrip line to penetrate through the substrate. The inner wall of the penetration hole is made of the conductive material and is electrically connected to the ground metal layer. A varactor diode is electrically connected to a contact pad extended to the other side of the microstrip line. The ground metal layer and the microstrip line formed on the substrate is made of the superconductive material to increase the output power.

CONSTITUTION: A voltage controlled oscillator with multi-band frequency matching circuits includes the following components. A resonance circuit(30), a variable frequency band unit(40), a buffer amplifier(70), and a multi-band frequency matching unit(100). A resonance circuit(30) is equipped with a Line Concentrator(LC) parallel circuit of capacity(C1) and inductor(L1) and a serial circuit of capacity(C2) and varactor diode(VA). A varactor diode(VA) functions as a variable capacity as it forms LC parallel resonance circuit by the authenticated voltage of the voltage source(Vt). The LC parallel resonance circuit(30) generates signals according to the size of the voltage from the voltage source(Vt).

A frequency of the PLL module can be changed by controlling a length of a conductive portion(30) on the PCB substrate(60) of the PLL module through a penetrating hole(50).

CONSTITUTION: A broadband linear amplifier includes two broadband amplifiers(300,400) and a broadband output matching block(500).
