마이크로스트립 스터브를 이용하여 하모닉 성분을 저감시키는 필터링 장치ㄱ가 제공된다. 본 필터링 장치는, 특정주파수 대역을 필터링하는 필터, 제1 하모닉 성분을 저감시키는 제1 스터브 및 제2 하모닉 성분을 저감시키는 제2 스터브를 포함한다. 이에 의해, 스터브를 이용하여 하모닉 성분을 저감시킬 수 있게 되어, 필터링 특성이 개선된다.

PURPOSE: A micro-strip patch antenna is provided to prevent damage to a conversion structure by supplying power from a wave guide pipe to an antenna. CONSTITUTION: A wave guide pipe is connected to a first area (135) of a circuit board (120). Ground is arranged at a lower surface of the circuit board. The ground eliminates the conductor of the first area. An antenna unit (110) is arranged on the circuit board. The antenna unit transmits an electronic wave as a signal with supplied power. The antenna unit comprises a first power supply unit (112) of a metal board arranged on the first area; a first radiation unit (114) connected through a transmission line and the power supply unit; and a second radiation unit (116) corresponding to the first radiation unit.

PURPOSE: A direct current circuit breaker is provided to improve the efficiency of a system by including first and second strip lines. CONSTITUTION: One end of a first micro strip line (120) is connected to a first signal line (110). The other end of the first micro strip line is bent. A second micro strip line (130) is arranged in parallel with the first micro strip line. One end of the second micro strip line is connected to a second signal line (115). The other end of the second micro strip line is bent.

PURPOSE: A resonant frequency fixing equipment of an antenna is provided to transmit a maximum power by transferring the maximum power of a radio frequency signal outputted from the power amplifier to an antenna. CONSTITUTION: A power amplifying part(200) amplifies a RF(Radio Frequency) signal. An antenna(210) transmits an radio frequency signal amplified from the power amplifier. A power detecting part(220) detects a power supplied from the power amplifier to the antenna. An impedance varying part varies the impedance of the antenna. An impedance controlling part(240) controls the impedance varying part by generating a variable signal. The impedance controlling part forms the level of the output signal of the power detecting part and the level is greater than a predetermined critical value.

An electronic device package is provided to extend the entire surface of a case to efficiently release heat radiated from the case by forming a plurality of protrusions in a lower surface of the case to be spaced apart from each other. An electronic device package(50) includes a substrate and a case(100). The case is engaged with the substrate to protect an electronic device mounted on the substrate. The case has a plurality of protrusions(150) spaced apart from each other. A shape of each of the protrusions is a rectangular parallelepiped or cylinder. A height of each projection is lambda/2 of a signal generated by the electronic device. The case is made by cast iron or nickel silver. Eight to twelve protrusions are formed per length corresponding to a wavelength of the signal generated by the electronic device. The plurality of protrusions have different heights. A hole is formed in an upper surface of each protrusions.

A front end module substrate and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to emit heat generated from a power amplifier to an external by inserting a ceramic substrate having a plurality of heat dissipation holes into a multi layer printed circuit board having a groove on a lower part of the power amplifier. A front end module substrate includes a multi layer printed circuit board(100), and a ceramic substrate(200) for heat dissipation. A groove having a predetermined depth is formed on a lower part of the multi layer printed circuit board. A plurality of first heat dissipation holes are formed on the groove. A first conducting material is formed on an internal wall of the first heat dissipation holes. The ceramic substrate for heat dissipation is embedded into the groove, and is contacted with the multi layer printed circuit board. A plurality of second heat dissipation holes are formed on a location corresponding to a location of the first heat dissipation holes. The second heat dissipation holes are filled with a second conducting material. A depth of the groove is 1/4-3/4 of a thickness of the multi layer printed circuit board.

Provided is a patch antenna having a patch fed with multiple signals. The patch antenna according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first patch; a first feeding unit and a second feeding unit connected to the first patch; and a second patch parallel to the first patch. Therefore, a MIMO antenna can be formed through the patch antenna with high isolation between the feeding units while not increasing the size of the antenna by feeding multiple signals to one patch.

안테나가 제공된다. 본 안테나는, 기판의 하면의 제1 영역에 급전을 위한 도파관이 도파관의 길이방향에 수직하도록 접속되고, 그라운드에 도파관이 접속되는 제1 영역의 도체가 제거되며,안테나부가 기판의 상면에 배치되고 도파관에서 인가된 전자기파를 급전 전력으로 하여 신호를 송신하게 되어, 별도의 구조 변환이나 추가 구조 필요 없이 도파관에서 마이크로 스트립 패치 안테나에 급전을 할 수 있게 되며, 이에 따라 별도의 변환 구조에 따른 손실을 없앨 수 있으며 소형화가 가능하게 된다.
