Abstract:
PURPOSE: An ultra wide band antenna is provided to reduce the size of an antenna while maintaining the stop band of an ultra wide band antenna. CONSTITUTION: A radiation pad(210) is formed on the upper side of a dielectric substrate(200). The radiation pad is composed of a top pad(212) and a bottom pad(214). A feeder(220) is formed on the edge of the lower side of the radiation pad. Grounds(231,232) form the feeding line and a CPW(Co-Planer Wave) line. A slot(240) is formed from the end of the bottom pad to the central direction of the radiation pad.
Abstract:
An MEMS(Micro-Electro Mechanical System) switch embedded temperature crystal oscillator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by implementing the MEMS switch and the temperature compensated crystal oscillator in one ceramic package. An MEMS switch(120) is mounted in a first cavity(110) formed in a lower part of a ceramic package(100). A crystal oscillator(140) is mounted in a second cavity(130) formed in an upper part of the ceramic package. An IC(160) for compensating for the temperature is mounted in a third cavity(150) formed in the lower part of the second cavity. A first shielding case(170) is bonded in the upper part of the ceramic package to protect the crystal oscillator. A second shielding case(180) is boned in the lower part of the ceramic package to protect the MEMS switch.
Abstract:
An RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) tag is provided to increase the number of windings of antenna loop and adjust a resonant frequency to the operating frequency of the RFID tag using a frequency compensating element so as to improve the recognition distance of the RFID tag. An RFID tag includes a loop antenna(110), a tag chip(140) and a frequency compensating element(150). The loop antenna is formed on the top face of a dielectric substrate(100). The tag chip is electrically connected to the loop antenna and stores information on an object. The frequency compensating element corrects a resonant frequency determined by the inductance of the antenna and the capacitance of the tag chip such that the resonant frequency corresponds to the operating frequency of the tag.
