A method for fabricating a stamp for manufacturing the spectroscopic analysis module comprises the steps of: forming a stamp pattern including an optical waveguide portion, a concave mirror, and an alignment guide pattern by a photolithography process; thermally treating the stamp pattern; producing a first PDMS mold by a replica molding process using the stamp pattern; inserting separately produced diffraction grating into the alignment guide pattern to produce a PDMS original master; and replica molding the PDMS original master twice to produce a PDMS stamp for UV imprint. In addition, a method for manufacturing a polymer-based integrated spectroscopic analysis module comprises the steps of: molding a spectroscopic analysis module pattern comprising a core layer by using a PDMS stamp; respectively forming clad layers on the upper and lower parts of the core layer; and depositing metal on the reflective surfaces of a concave mirror and diffracting grating pattern.
