PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a reflective film and a reflective film manufactured by the method are provided to maintain high reflectivity and brightness, by printing the adhesive in a pattern print method and thereby maintaining the air gap. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive pattern layer(20) which patterned the adhesive in a constant pattern is formed on a reflecting layer(10). A protective film(30) is equipped on the adhesive pattern layer. PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin film metal laminated film is provided to secure the shielding property of a high frequency with a thin film. CONSTITUTION: A release film(1) or release paper is prepared. A resin layer(2) with high heat resistance is formed on the release film. A thin film metal layer is formed by coating or printing metal ink compositions on the resin layer.

본 발명은 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 폴리옥시알킬렌 유도체계 합성오일과 포화탄화수소계 용제에 착색제(염료 또는 안료) 분산물을 포함하는 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크조성물과 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크에 관한 것으로서, 기존의 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크의 단점을 극복하여 양호한 토출 안정성과 보존 안정성 등 우수한 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크를 제공하는 것이다. 본 발명의 잉크젯 프린터용 잉크는 폴리옥시알킬렌유도체계 합성오일과 포화탄화수소계 용제의 혼합 유기용제에 착색제 분산물을 포함하여 구성되어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 부가적으로 인쇄특성을 향상시키기 위하여 수지를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따르면 잉크 자체의 기포 양이 현저히 줄어들고, 외부 온도에 따른 안정성 및 잉크 점도의 변화 폭을 줄일 수 있어 토출 안정성을 극대화 시킬 수 있으며, 출력물의 발색성, 용지 지원성, 출력 후 시간이 지남에 따른 색 변화가 없는 잉크를 제공할 수 있다.

본 고안은 잉크카트리지용 석션키트에 관한 것으로, 일측이 밀폐된 통 형상을 갖는 바디(10)와, 상기 바디(10)의 내부에 기밀을 유지하면서 슬라이딩되도록 장착되는 슬라이더(20)와, 일측 단부가 상기 슬라이더(20)에 고정되며 타측이 상기 바디(10)의 밀폐된 일측을 관통하여 기밀을 유지하면서 슬라이딩되도록 끼워지며 슬라이더(20)에 고정된 부위의 외부와 그와 반대쪽 단부를 연결하는 통로가 형성된 로드(24)와, 탄력적인 재질로 형성되어 상기 로드(24)의 타측 단부에 고정되고 상기 로드(24)의 내부와 연결되는 관통구멍(34)이 형성된 패드(30)를 포함하며, 이에 의하면 잉크카트리지내의 공기 및 잉크를 손쉽게 빼낼 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for recognizing an amount of ink and displaying an ink refill signal in a printer is provided to reuse an ink cartridge by displaying an amount of ink contained in the ink cartridge. CONSTITUTION: A dummy signal generating section(110) is provided to generate dummy signals. The dummy signals generated from the dummy signal generating section(110) have a value larger than an initial value of ink, which is set in a controller of a printer. An ink level measuring section(120) is provided to measure an ink level contained in an ink cartridge(10). The ink level measuring section(120) is connected to an amplifier for measuring current variation based on variation of magnetic filed and amplifying current. A peak measuring device is also connected to the ink level measuring section(120). A comparing section(130) is installed at a rear end of the ink level measuring section(120).

PURPOSE: A method for refilling ink of an ink cartridge and a refill kit are provided to reuse an ink cartridge for several times by easily refilling ink in the ink cartridge with an ink refill kit and to maintain the ink cartridge for a long time by preventing ink jet nozzles from being dry. CONSTITUTION: An ink container(18) is connected with a cap(18a) having a needle on the front end portion. An inject hole cap(26) has a protruded portion formed on one face of a disk to close an inject hole(10c) of an ink cartridge(10) opened by the front end portion of the ink container. A pad(14) has an attaching portion attached with the rim of an ink jet nozzle(10a) and a perforation hole(14b). An internal pressure controller(16) comprises a cylinder having a sharp front end portion inserted to the perforation hole of the pad and a piston inserted to the cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: A method for refilling ink in an ink cartridge includes the steps of removing a sealing ball out of an injection hole(14b) formed on a lid(14) of an ink cartridge(10) of which ink is exhausted out and supplying ink into an ink supply chamber in a body(11) of the cartridge by holding an injection part(19a) of an ink case(19) against the injection hole after injecting ink into the ink supply chamber of the cartridge body and turning over the cartridge body to stand right, and sealing the injection hole of the lid of the ink cartridge with an injection hole lid(17).
