Abstract: A low loss dielectric material useful as the raw materials of receiver for satellite communication, sensor for burglar-alarm system, laser detector of speed gun, and card radio is manufactured. The dielectric material for high frequency comprises (Zrx, Sn1-x)TiyO4 as fundamental material, where the total amount of x and y is 100wt.%; ZrO2 (x is morethan 37.6 and less than 47.2wt.%); SnO2 (1-x is more than 14.5 and lessthan 24.8wt.%); TiO2 (y is more than 37.6 and less than 38.3wt.%). The sintering adjuvants being added to the fundamental dielectric materialconsists of B2O3 0.3-2.0wt.%, La2O3 0.3wt.% and NiTa2O7 0.3-2.0wt.%.

Abstract: Dielectric ceramic composition for high-frequency wave is described which has high quality coefficient(Q value) and dielectric constant, and good temperature coefficient of resonance frequency. The dielectric ceramic composition may be represented as following formula: (1-y)CaTiO3-yLa(Mg1/2Ti1/2)O3, where, y is from 0.3 to 0.9.The dielectric composition according to the invention has dielectric constant of 28.6 to 58.6, Qxfo(GHz) of 29,330 to 71,000, and the temperature coefficient of resonance frequency(TCF) ranging from -53.82 to +52.32 ppm/deg. C, which TCF being able to be controlled at a range of +-10ppm/deg. C depending on amount of addition of impurities, so that the ceramic composition may effectively be used in telecommunication system.

Abstract: The composition is represented by (Pb1-xCax)ZrO3, where some of Ca is substituted by Mg or Sr and further to a suitable amount of (Pb1-(x+y)CaxMgy)ZrO3 (x+y=0.37-0.40, 0.01= y= 0.1) or (Pb1-(x+z)CaxSrz)ZrO3 (x+y=0.37-0.40, 0.01= z= 0.05). This composition has a high dielectric constant and excellent quality coefficient(Q) for high frequencies.
