Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for collecting/evaluating/managing the oversea science/technology information and a recording medium storing a computer program source using the same are provided to produce the high quality information contents by evaluating a data quality of the oversea science/technology information registered through the online in real-time. CONSTITUTION: The oversea science/technology information registered through the online is collected/registered by an information provider(S21). A translation quality and a meaning transfer capability for the registered data are evaluated(S22). The quality of the evaluated data is transmitted/directly evaluated by a user(S24). The data evaluated by the user is evaluated by an expert of each field(S25). The data evaluated by the expert is managed by an information manager.
