Abstract: PURPOSE: A gauge length variable extensometer is provided to limit a rotational angle range of a movable bar by forming a limitation bar and a stop bar respectively in a fixing bar and the movable bar, thereby preventing damage to the movable bar caused by the movable bar rotated more than a set angle. CONSTITUTION: A gauge length variable extensometer(10) comprises a fixing bar(200), a movable bar(300), a pair of extension bars(400), and a pair of workpiece fixing units(500). One end portion of the fixing bar is fixed to a sensor unit(100). One end portion of the movable bar is joined to the sensor unit with a hinge. The other end portion of the movable bar is installed to be spaced from the fixing bar so that a distance between the other portion of the movable bar and the other end portion of the fixing bar is adjustable. The pair of the extension bars is installed in the other end portion of the movable bar and the other end portion of the fixing bar to be extended side respectively along a longitudinal direction to an outer. The pair of the workpiece fixing units is installed to be moved respectively along the longitudinal direction of the extension bars, thereby fixing the specimen.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for inspecting a transmission with a chamber and an inspecting method using the same are provided to perform a performance test while continuously cooling a transmission to be inspected at predetermined temperature, thereby obtaining a rapid and exact test result with respect to the transmission to be inspected in a given cooling condition. CONSTITUTION: A device for inspecting a transmission with a chamber comprises a connection unit and a chamber(10). The connection unit is connected to a transmission to be detachable. The chamber is closed the transmission connected to the connection unit from outside. The transmission comprises a first end part, a first shaft, a second end part, and a second shaft. Abstract: PURPOSE: A backlash control device and a transmission testing device having the same are provided to initialize a torque applied to a test transmission and to preciously perform a performance test of the transmission by removing backlashes accumulated on a driving path of a transmission testing device. CONSTITUTION: A transmission testing device having a backlash control device comprises a torque generating device(4) and backlash control device(10). The torque generating device is connected to one side of a testing transmission, thereby generating a torque to be applied to the transmission. The backlash control unit comprises a first disc connected to the torque generating device and a second disc connected to the other side of the transmission. The second disc rotates to remove backlashes existing on a driving path driving the transmission. A plurality of joining holes is formed in the first and second discs. The first and second discs are touched to each other in the state that the discs can be relatively rotated while being faced to each other or spaced at a predetermined distance. At least some of the joining holes formed in the first disc is aligned with at least some of the joining holes formed in the second disc by the first and second disc being relatively rotating.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An adjusting device of a swash plate type hydraulic piston motor for a driving unit of an excavator is provided to stably and accurately maintain or change the tilt angle of a swash plate in a hydraulic piston motor by employing a mechanical stopper. CONSTITUTION: An adjusting device of a swash plate type hydraulic piston motor for a driving unit of an excavator comprises a swash plate(20), a speed change assembly(40), and a mechanical stopper(50). The swash plate is embedded in a housing(10) of a hydraulic piston motor, with one side at a tilt angle and one lower side at a set angle(θ). The speed change assembly applies pressure to the opposite upper side of the swash plate in order to change the tilt angle within the set angle range, thereby changing the low or high speed of the hydraulic piston motor into high or low speed. The mechanical stopper supports the swash plate at the controlled tilt angle regardless of whether the pressure applied by the hydraulic piston of the hydraulic piston motor is parallel to the pressure applied by the speed change assembly and controls the speed of the hydraulic piston motor to the desired speed.

Abstract: A gear transmission apparatus for a vehicle is provided to perform easily a shaft processing operation by shortening a length of a shaft. A forward shaft(13) and a reverse shaft(18) are formed to transmit rotatory power from an input gear installed at an input shaft(11). Abstract: An apparatus for testing the endurance of a hydraulic cylinder is provided to reduce repetition endurance test time on the whole by performing a repetition endurance test of several pairs of test cylinders simultaneously.
